About this notice

This notice describes the information used to provide the Tradon.ai website and account workspace. It covers account access, verification, platform activity and support. In this notice, “we” and “our” refer to the team operating Tradon.ai. For questions about your information, use the support options on our contact page.

Information you provide

Account information includes your name, email address, sign-in credentials and profile details. If you complete verification, the account workflow collects the identity documents, proof of address and images you submit. Funding and withdrawal requests may include payment references, wallet addresses, amounts and supporting records. We also receive the messages and attachments you choose to share with support.

Account activity and technical information

The workspace records sessions, position outcomes, balance movements, account requests and verification decisions. Technical records can include your IP address, browser information, sign-in attempts, page visits and connection events. These records help maintain account continuity, investigate errors and identify misuse.

How information is used

We use account information to provide access, maintain your profile, process account requests and communicate with you. Verification information supports identity review. Activity and transaction records support statements, reconciliation and account enquiries. Technical information supports service operation, troubleshooting and access security. Where a legal basis is required, processing depends on the purpose: providing the requested service, meeting applicable legal duties, legitimate operational and security interests, or consent where required.

Who can receive information

Authorised account and support staff can access information relevant to their responsibilities. Infrastructure, authentication, storage and service providers process information needed to operate their services. We may disclose relevant records when required by applicable law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Asset logos and other third-party resources may be requested directly from their providers, which receive connection information such as your IP address.

Browser storage and external services

The account workspace uses browser storage to maintain sign-in state and interface preferences. You can clear this storage in your browser; doing so may sign you out or reset settings. The public marketing pages do not require an account to read. Third-party sites and resources operate under their own privacy notices. Review those notices when you use an external service or follow a link away from Tradon.ai.

Retention and international processing

The relevant retention criteria include whether an account is active, whether a request or dispute remains open, and whether records are needed for reconciliation, security or applicable legal obligations. Different records can have different retention periods, and closing an account does not necessarily remove every transaction or support record. Service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the service provider and the locations involved. Contact support for information about records associated with your account.

Access and account security

Access to account information is controlled through account authentication and staff permissions. Identity documents use a dedicated verification workflow. Keep your credentials private, sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. No online system can eliminate every security risk.

Your choices and requests

You can update your display name in Profile settings and export your account statement. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Requests are assessed against applicable requirements and any need to retain particular records. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Contact and updates

To raise a privacy question, open Account → Support desk and identify your message as a privacy request. Include enough context to identify the information involved without sharing your password. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing or changing account records. Updates to this notice appear on this page with a revised date.
