Using Tradon.ai
These terms govern your use of the Tradon.ai website and workspace. By using these services, you agree to use them in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Read them together with our privacy notice and risk disclosure. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the services.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to register an account. Use accurate information and access the service only where permitted by the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity you authorise through your account. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or inaccurate account details.
Scope of the service
Tradon.ai provides account tools, market views, AI trading session interfaces, an arbitrage workspace and a CFD terminal. AI and arbitrage sessions use real trading activity. CFD positions and outcomes are desk-managed and use real pricing. Displayed activity and account statements reflect trade execution. Service access and model availability depend on your account settings.
Information and AI outputs
Website content, charts, model information and session results provide general information about the workspace. They are not personalised investment, legal or tax advice, and do not promise an investment outcome. AI outputs and market references can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. You remain responsible for assessing information before relying on it and for obtaining independent advice where appropriate.
Account requests and records
Use the designated account workflows for verification, funding and withdrawals. Review the displayed instructions, limits, charges and request status before proceeding. A submitted request is not confirmation that processing is complete. Statements record account balance movements; contact support if you believe an entry is incorrect. Applicable third-party charges and processing times can affect external transfers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, submit misleading identity or payment information, access another person’s account without permission, interfere with platform operation, or attempt to bypass access controls. Do not introduce malicious code, abuse support channels or collect other users’ information. Automated access must respect any applicable permissions and service limits.
Content and third-party resources
Tradon.ai branding, interface designs and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the service and download your own account records for lawful personal purposes. Third-party names, logos, charts and data remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies relevant resources or market context and does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Availability, changes and restrictions
Features, market references and account services may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, provider interruptions or changes to the service. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate misuse, protect account security or meet legal requirements. Contact support to discuss an access restriction or request account closure. Outstanding requests and record-retention requirements may need to be resolved before closure is completed.
Risk and responsibility
The service is provided subject to availability and the limitations described in the risk disclosure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or any trading return. Responsibility for losses is determined by these terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Questions, disputes and updates
Raise account questions or complaints through Account → Support desk, including the relevant dates and references. These terms do not limit any right to seek a remedy through a competent court or authority under applicable law. We may update the terms as the service changes; the current version and its revision date will appear on this page.
