Understand the risk before you act
Trading and investment decisions can result in substantial losses. Consider your financial circumstances, experience and ability to bear loss before committing capital to any financial product. Information on Tradon.ai does not take account of your personal objectives and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset.
Trading and account results
AI and arbitrage sessions use real trading activity and desk-controlled outcomes. CFD positions use desk-controlled real prices and outcomes; their chart paths can differ from external market references. These results describe the platform experience and trade execution. Historical results do not predict future performance.
AI and model limitations
AI models can produce inaccurate or inconsistent outputs, especially when data is incomplete or market conditions change. A model name, signal or session result is not a measure of predictive accuracy. Automation cannot remove uncertainty or guarantee returns. Assess the assumptions and limitations of any AI tool before relying on its output.
Market volatility and liquidity
Prices can change rapidly because of news, economic events, market sentiment and changes in liquidity. A market can move sharply or become difficult to trade, particularly outside normal trading hours or during disruption. Digital assets can experience significant volatility and may be affected by changes to networks, venues or market access.
Leverage and CFD exposure
Leverage magnifies exposure and can magnify losses as well as gains. In live leveraged markets, relatively small price movements can materially affect margin and may cause positions to be closed. A CFD generally provides exposure to price changes rather than ownership of the underlying asset. The Tradon.ai terminal’s real positions may not reproduce every condition or obligation of a live brokerage account.
Spreads and arbitrage conditions
A difference between displayed prices does not guarantee an executable arbitrage opportunity. Fees, spreads, slippage, transfer times, liquidity and simultaneous execution all affect outcomes. Venue labels and route visualisations do not confirm available liquidity, an exchange relationship or completed transfers.
Reference prices and data quality
Market references can be delayed, interrupted or different across providers. A displayed price is not a firm quote or a guarantee that a transaction can occur at that price. Real position prices may follow a different path from provider reference data. Check the instrument, timeframe and nature of the price before drawing conclusions.
Technology and account access
Network interruptions, device failures, software errors and third-party outages can affect charts, account access and the timing of updates. Compromised credentials or an incorrect payment address can create additional risk. Review account instructions carefully, protect your sign-in details and use the dedicated support and verification workflows.
Fees, records and operational discretion
Where charges apply, they affect net outcomes. Funding and withdrawal requests are subject to the account workflow, review status and displayed limits. The desk manages real sessions, positions and account adjustments, so displayed outcomes reflect account activity. Review statements and request explanations for entries you do not understand.
Make an informed decision
Review the terms of use, understand the trading activity and external market transactions, and seek independent advice when needed. This disclosure describes key risks rather than every possible scenario. For questions about a workspace, price or account entry, use the support options on our contact page.
