Account access
01How do I access my account?
Choose Open workspace or Sign in and enter your account email and password. New to Tradon.ai? Select the registration option on the sign-in screen and follow the account setup instructions.
02Where should I begin after signing in?
Start with Overview to review your balance, available funds and recent activity. Then open Account to check your profile and verification status, or choose a trading workspace from the navigation.
03What if I cannot sign in?
Check that you are using your account email and password, including the correct letter case. Follow any email confirmation instructions from registration. If you still have an active session on another device, use its support desk to report the access issue.
Account & statements

Open Account → Deposits & withdrawals and choose Requests. Review the status and any instructions from the desk. Completed balance movements appear in your statement.
Getting support
01How can I get help?
Open Support in your workspace for a conversation with the Tradon.ai team, or visit Account → Support desk to submit an account request. The help centre also covers account access, verification, funding and statements.
02What should I include in an account question?
Describe what you were trying to do and which workspace you were using. For a statement or funding question, include the date, amount and request reference. Keep passwords private and use the dedicated verification workflow for identity documents.
