Open your statement
From your workspace, open Account → Statement. Entries appear newest first and can include an opening balance, deposits, withdrawals, session results, CFD outcomes, adjustments and reversals. If your selected view has no entries, widen the date range or review the active filters.
Read each movement in context
The entry type explains why a movement occurred. A positive amount increases the account balance; a negative amount reduces it. Read the description and running balance together to understand how the entry fits into your account history.
Distinguish requests from completed movements
A funding or withdrawal request moves through a review process before a completed movement appears in the ledger. Open Deposits & withdrawals → Requests to check its current status. Reserved withdrawals and allocated capital can affect available funds without immediately changing the recorded balance.
Filter and export your records
Use the statement filters to focus on specific dates or entry types, then download a CSV for your records. Check the selected period before you export and store the file securely because it contains personal account information.
Get help with an entry
Open Account → Support desk and include the entry date, type, amount and any related request reference. A statement records activity in your Tradon.ai account; it is not an independent confirmation of exchange execution. Your password and identity documents belong in their dedicated account workflows.
